List of available molecular tools
List of molecular tools available to order from the Neurophotonics Centre Molecular Tools Platform. Services offered for molecular constructions: Design, cloning and production of molecular constructions in order to produce plasmid expression vectors or to generate transgenic animals (Knock-out or Knock-in animals). Viruses that are not currently in stock, but that are listed here, can be produced in approximately 3 weeks time. If the construct you are interested in is not listed, please email marie-eve.paquet@bcm.ulaval.ca to check if it is possible to get it. Please read our DISCLAIMER at the bottom of this page prior to ordering.
Make sure to acknowledge the Canadian Neurophotonics Platform and the viral vector facility if you are publishing with tools developped or viruses packaged here !!
Tools from Karl Deisseroth’s lab
If you are using these viruses for the first time, please obtain a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) by contacting Dr. Karl Deisseroth deissero@stanford.edu and Charu Ramakrishnan charur@stanford.edu. Please submit a copy of your MTA along with your virus order.
